It’s got a lot of features to consider for a bench, including the ability to use it as a bench press up to 220 pounds. The adidas Bench is also said to have the ability to lift at least 300 pounds.

Two, a typical pull-up bar is about four pounds and is still too heavy for most people to use as a regular exercise.

For people who are just looking for a solid exercise bench to use when theyre not in the gym. Its easy to use and is a good balance of weight and cardio. One thing I didnt like about the adidas Bench was the fact that it was made out of a styrofoam. You can’t really use it as a regular bench or a standing desk for that matter. It’s just not a solid ‘real’ exercise tool.
Well, here is a better bench. A good solid exercise tool. And its made out of plastic! If anyone has any further suggestions I would love to hear em.
