I think that if you’re someone who’s already an athlete then you already know that you can’t just take it easy and coast. Not everyone’s going to train out of the starting blocks, and in fact, some are even training for the games. The only way to get yourself into great shape is to train and train and train. It’s a lot more difficult than it sounds.
In this life, you are going to have to train, and if you do not train you are going to burn out eventually. So if youre going to be a competitive athlete then you need to train hard.
