I know I don’t always cook the right way, but when I do, it’s always soul food. My life is a constant state of hunger, and I eat my soul food. I don’t feel like I have to eat a particular thing, or even a particular food, for me to feel nourished.
Soul food is that nourishing dish with which we can feed on ourselves, and which is our primary focus. We’re always searching for something to give us the boost, or satisfaction, or energy, or love that eating it gives us. The more we eat, the more we want to eat. It’s not about what we want it to taste like; it’s about it giving us the energy and the feeling that we got.
Soul food is a dish that’s very nutrient dense. It contains a lot of protein, fat, and carbs. It also has tons of fiber to keep us full. There are several kinds of soul food in this world (my favorite is the one my mother made, in which the meat is baked in a special way to make it so tender and delicious), and they all vary in what they contain.
It’s such a nice surprise when a dish that is so healthy and filling ends up being so satisfying. It’s also a great way to get your blood sugar back on track. A bowl of food that is so delicious that you want to eat it again. In the case of soul food, it’s a meal that you’ll want to eat again and again.
