I can’t count the number of times I’ve ended up sick (yes, just kidding!) from eating a diet that doesn’t allow for proper digestive health. The bottom line is that when we eat something that is unhealthy, our bodies can’t properly digest and process it. Here is my latest experiment. I’m going to continue eating a diet that is the exact opposite of the one I’m currently on.
I’ve been working on improving my digestive health lately, eating more meals with plenty of protein, and reducing the amount of sugar I consume. I have also been working a lot on my overall diet. I think I have finally figured out a way to live with a proper digestive tract.
The problem is that when you eat a diet that is unhealthy, you also tend to gain weight. So when you are taking a long time to digest a meal and you are not getting the proper nutrients from it, the body will just start to store it as fat. So my goal in life is to eat a healthy diet for me, and for my family, and for the planet.
I have to admit, I was somewhat shocked by the amount of sugar I have used on this site. I have been following a low-sugar diet for years, and the results have only been a bit better. I believe it is because I am slowly making progress. Most recently I have been testing a new food regimen in my cooking, which is making me healthier than ever.
Now that it’s a full week since I have been eating as close to the way I did before I started the gut protocol, I am feeling the benefits of it. I’m eating more vegetables, fruit, and meat. I’ve also been making more time for my fitness routine. I have gone to the gym more, and I have been trying to get out of my house more. So far I am feeling a bit more energized.
You don’t need to be doing any of these things to feel better. You just need to understand what they mean.
The gut protocol actually does help you, but only if you eat right and maintain a calorie deficit. It’s recommended that you restrict your calories so that you are eating a calorie deficit by the end of the day. Once you hit your calorie deficit, you are supposed to eat normally the rest of the day to maintain it. But if you are still not losing weight, there is a chance that you are not eating enough nutrients. You can try to cut out as much saturated fat as you can.
There’s a possibility you have been eating too many processed foods. I know its hard to do, but most of the time you can cut your carbs and eat out of convenience, or you can cut out all the refined sugar.
A calorie deficit is a calorie deficit plus one. It’s not exactly a calorie deficit, but more like a calorie deficit plus 5 or 6. It won’t kill you, but it will affect your weight and your mood.
This doesn’t have to be hard. One of my favorite diet books is The Four-Week Diet by Jonathan Meer. You probably know this one from the movie The 40-Day Diet, but the book is really good for a four-week diet. It’s got a lot of great recipes that you can make at home.
